Abstract submission Process
Sign up and Log in the website. (www.koreaorlmeeting.org/)
Click the Abstract Submission Menu.
Choose the abstract Type(Free Paper or Lecture Note-Lecture Note is a speakers' note in a Symposium, Panel Discussion, Instruction Course and Special Lecture etc).
Submit your abstract on the website.
Review and modify your abstract.
Complete your abstract Submission.
(On My Page, you can find and modify your abstract until the Abstract Submission Deadline.)
Abstract submission Process (Free Paper)
On-line submission
1) Website: submit your abstract on the ENT Website (www.koreanorlmeeting.org).
2) Abstracts submission is available by both via on-line and e-mail(korl@ibmed.co.kr).
3) In case using e-mail submission, please use abstract submission form.
      
Note on Abstract Submission
1) Abstract must be written in English.
2) In principle, posters except case report will be considered as the Poster Presentation.
3) Please check whether you apply for the Poster, in case your abstract would not be accepted as the
    Oral Presentation.
4) Please submit your abstract after being well-informed the enclosure of the Abstract Writing Instruction.
5) Submitters are responsible for every typing error in abstracts.
6) Authors who wish to withdraw their abstract should send a written request to : korl@ibmed.co.kr
7) In case the authors of accepted abstracts will not register by the Apr 7, 2014, the abstract will be
    automatically withdrawn from the final program.
8) Presentation guideline will be updated on the website soon.

1) You will be notified your allocated sessions and requirements and instructions for oral and poster presentations
     on April.
2) If your abstract is accepted, please be sure to register on the website no later than Apr.7, 2014.

Category Original Research / Case-Report
Presentation Type After choosing Oral Presentation or Poster , check whether you apply for the Poster in
case your Oral Presentation abstract would not be selected.
Presentation Method Only LCD is possible, and check whether using Video Clips and Audios Sound.
Author's Name Please fill out the names of authors one after another separated by a comma in the order
of starting from the 1st author.
For the relevance between the affiliations of the authors, please type superscript on the
right-side of the author's name.
It is proffered to use Initial for your middle name.

Good Example) Robert Mettew1, Henry D. Kalyowa2
Affiliation Please fill out the full name of affiliation including the department except to use
abbreviations.
Please indicate a superscript to relate the name with appropriate affiliation if several
affiliations are necessary to be written.

Good Example) Department of Otorhinolaryngology,
Yonsei University College of Medicine1, Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and

Presenting Author Type the Presenting Author's name.
Presenting Author's e-mail. Type the Presenting Author's e-mail.
Corresponding Author
Corresponding Author The Corresponding author is responsible for presentation abstracts described. All
inquiries regarding abstracts and decisions will be made through the corresponding
author.
Cell Phone Type the Corresponding Authors Cell Phone Number
E-mail Type the Corresponding Author's E-mail address. (In case the Corresponding author
have no E-mail address, write down the E-mail address that is possible to contact.)
*Do not use hanmail.net, daum.net, yahoo.com account.
Affiliation Please fill out the full name of affiliation including the department except to use
abbreviations.
Please indicate a superscript to relate the name with appropriate affiliation if several
affiliations are necessary to be written.
